The 80 Series bag housings encompass a wide range of styles to suit almost all liquid processes, and have been specifically designed to accept the ever increasing range of complex bag options. Manufactured in 316 grade stainless steel as standard, the range includes lightweight, Vee clamp closure, side entry units such as the 81 Series 'MINI' through to the rapid access 'Swan Neck' style of the 86 Series.
Multiple bag units are also available in both side and top inlet designs. Unique build features include the list of 10 different connections styles, 4 different bag sealing rings, 4 different top closure styles, choice of free standing or bottom dished end with adjustable legs, robust bag support basket fabricated from perforated sheet material and the standard electropolished finish both inside and outside. It all goes to make these bag housings ideal for chemical and general filtration applications.
Recently introduced is the Hastelloy C22 material option for all models which has proved very successful in the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical processing industries where chemical resistance is of prime importance.
