Customised glycol cleanup systems

Our portable range of filtration rigs for the water glycol market offer unbeatable performance to get your system running efficiently again. Independant studies conducted on behalf of Filtertechnik show that companies running cooling systems with dirty water glycol can save up to 10% off their energy consumption through better heat transfer efficiency.

We can provide large capacity systems that can achieve up to 52 kg of dirtholding per element changeout based on 3 micron elements.

Trollies and rigs are designed to act as transfer pumps as well as off-line kidney loop filtration. They can be plumbed into live systems to clean whilst the plant is running at up to 10 bars pressure.

The trollies come at low cost and ensure a maximum return on investment.

Elements are inexpensive and cleanable pre-filters or bag filters can be added to ensure a low cost cleanup system is delivered.
