Our FT-RH485 Water Sensor FT-RH485 is the first of its kind. Utilising Modbus as a data communication method opposed to 4-20mA sensors, making the new sensor much more versatile, a true advancement. The is sensor is designed specifically for online detection of water in hydraulic oils, lubrication fluids as well as in diesel fuels, specially designed as an OEM sensor for condition monitoring. This sensor features in our award-winning Particle Pal product range. It measures the degree of saturation and the temperature of the fluid. It can also alert to the presence of free water.
